J-Integra End User Licensing & Pricing

J-Integra has four different license types: Trial, Developer, Server and Client.

Use of the J-Integra software and licenses is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the J-Integra End User License Agreement.

All prices below are "per license" and in $USD and assume that a license was purchased under a license agreement and no misappropriation, infringement or unlicensed use has occurred. The price to cure any such unlicensed use, misappropriation or infringement is fifteen times the list price below for each unlicensed, misappropriated or infringing item assuming payment is made within forty-five days of demand thereof; otherwise we may claim a higher amount to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

License Descriptions

Trial (30 Days Time Limited)

The trial license can be used for evaluation purposes. It enables full client/server functionality with the following limitations:

• Performs a shutdown after 2 hours of continuous use.
• Limited to 30 consecutive days of use from the date of download.

Developer

Required for each computer (or virtual image) where J-Integra is installed for development, testing, staging or QA. Development licenses can not be used in a production environment.

Server

J-Integra will be deployed to a computer (or virtual machine) that provides direct or indirect services to client software or will be used to provide data to an external server or database to be accessed by client software.

Client

*** Client licenses must be purchased in quantities of 10 or more ***

J-Integra will be deployed to a desktop PC or laptop that does not provide direct or indirect services to client software. A client license cannot be used if any of the following are true:

• J-Integra is deployed to a server and not to a desktop PC or laptop.
• The Java application using J-Integra sends data to a database or server for use by external applications.
• The Java application using J-Integra has J2EE classes on the classpath.
