RuntimeException: Incomplete Channel Data Provided

Symptoms

Server Exception:

ERROR: com.intrinsyc.janet.RemoteException occurred: Incomplete channel data provided
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.intrinsyc.janet.RemoteException occurred: Incomplete channel data provided

Cause

This is caused by incomplete config setting in server or client .NET Remoting configuration file.

Resolution

In the configuration file, element channel should always has two attributes: ref and port. Don't forget to add the port attribute.

It should look like the following : ie..

<channel ref="tcp" port="0"/>

Status

This does not require any fixes to J-Integra for .NET.
