GenService Hangs and Fails to Start |

SYMPTOMS
When you try to start the GenService Windows service, it hangs and does not appear to start. The status bar at the bottom shows a "Starting..." status.
CAUSE
This is because the event log in the Event Viewer is full.
RESOLUTION
Verify that both the Application and System logs are not full. If they are, clear the events and try starting GenService again. This is an issue related to Windows 2000 services and does not require any fixes to J-Integra for .NET.
