Provides a set of convience APIs for developers who do not want to work in with CORBA APIs, but would rather work with a set of J2EE context style Methods for looking up and registering remotable objects. In addition the Init method starts the runtime, and the ShutdownRuntime methods stops the runtime.

Note: Init/ShutdownRuntime may be called any number of times.
